We've had two club nights so far to try and get us up to speed and ready for our matches... some have been more successful at this than others. For me it will take another couple of weeks.

Kim organised a really good 'summer BBQ mini Olympic' event during the break, providing us with lots of activities designed to fuel our competitive streaks. Thanks Kim and Stella for letting us run wild in your garden. ;0)
I guess we'll have to start thinking about our next social event.
Next official job on the list is the meeting of the Selection Committee to choose the partnerships and team members.....any bribes this way please.
Finally, I'd just like to say congratulations to Kate on her new trainers. She has at last got a new racket bag after 15 years of using her old one. R.I.P old head bag.
